Instant delivery is offered for an extra €6 to homes located within 10 km of the selected store. After choosing this option, your order will arrive on the same day or the following day. This service is available only in the districts of Nicosia, Larnaca, and Limassol, and does not operate on weekends or public holidays.

I booked an appointment for my dog (Maltese Bolognese) and informed in advance about the breed so that the groomer would know what kind of haircut is required.

When I arrived on time (10 minutes before the appointment, not late) I was told that there was no time for a proper grooming session and that they could only shave my dog because a new client was coming soon. This is absolutely unprofessional. Moreover, a professional should know that a dog’s coat has an important function as it helps them cope with the heat and protects them from the sun, not suggest shaving the dog and putting its health at risk.

In addition, the groomer smelled strongly of cigarettes as she had just returned from a smoke break. My dog has allergies which makes this even more unacceptable. On top of that, dogs are much more sensitive to odors and cigarette smoke is especially harmful to them.

I believe such treatment of both clients and animals is unacceptable and does not reflect the professional standards that pet owners expect.

Poor quality of goods, not reliable and insufficient customer support. Generally, they are okay, but last order was pure disaster. I do not recommend this shop if you have other options.
